APPLICATIONS for the next series of The Great British Sewing Bee are NOW OPEN!

The hit BBC Two show sees amateur sewers who love to make their own clothes rise to the challenge in a bid to be named the champion.

The deadline for all applications is May 15 2024 and below is how you can apply: Online via www.applyforsewingbee.co.uk The show is returning for its 11th season and is judged by Patrick Grant and Esme Young and is presented by Kiell Smith-Bynoe.

Applications are open to everyone although you must be 18 or over on the January 1 2024 and you must a UK resident (including Isle of Man and Channel Islands).

• You need to have experience making different types of garments and the challenges can involve making womenswear, menswear and childrenswear.

What’s next after applying?

• If an applicant has been successful to the next stage they will contacted by a member of the production team. If an applicant has not heard from the production company by Friday, June 28 2024, then unfortunately the application has not been successful on this occasion

The tenth series of the Sewing Bee returns on Tuesday 21 May at 9pm on BBC One and is also available to stream and catch up on BBC iPlayer.
