The date and the star of this year's 'ladies lunch' have been announced.
Every year Backup North West stage a fundraising luncheon to raise money to suppport some of Bolton's most vulnerable.
This year the Backup Ladies Lunch will take place on Thursday, November 7, at Rivington Hall Barn with the star of BBC's Live at the Apollo Nina Conti be the guest of honour.
The Bolton-based charity supports young people who are or at risk of becoming homeless.
Maura Jackson CEO of Backup North West said: "Backup Ladies Lunch tickets are now on sale and along with amazing stalls, great food, entertainment, raffles and more we will be treated to an amazing performance by ground-breaking ventriloquist, BAFTA nominated filmmaker and British Comedy Award winner – Nina Conti
"Laughter and hilarity is guaranteed with Nina’s very clever humour. Her performances as a ventriloquist are flawless but to ad lib and deliver comedy as well is incredible."
The lunch takes place from 11.30am to 3.30pm.
