POETRY, prose and literary loveliness were all on offer at The Barlow community centre in Edgworth.
The second Edgworth Literary Day attracted crowds of people as well as some well-known faces.
These included Octagon artistic director David Thacker, Lancashire singer-songwriter Eliza P, ‘Mr Lancashire’ himself Sid Calderbank, Professor David Rudd from Bolton University, local author and playwright Jan Needle and Ruth Padel, poet and writer who’s great grandfather donated The Barlow estate to the local community.
