BOLTON Hospice’s latest challenge is an absolute scorcher — walking across 20 feet of burning hot coals.

The Firewalk Challenge, will take place at Bolton Golf Club on Friday, February 28.

It is designed to motivate people and increase their confidence and self-esteem.

Participants will receive training, complete their challenge and enjoy a hot supper.

They will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement once they have completed the challenge.

Maria Passarello, events manager at Bolton Hospice, said: ‘We would love to encourage all you daredevils to join us for this hot challenge.

“If you need to boost your confidence, conquer your fears and gain self-belief whilst helping us to raise funds for a good cause then this is the challenge for you.

“I will personally be facing my fears and hot footing it across the coals.

“I feel I need to overcome my limiting beliefs and I am intrigued to see how the motivational talk will boost my confidence. Please sign up — if you can handle the heat I promise you will gain so much from this experience as will the hospice.”

If you would like to hot foot it across the coals and raise money for the hospice, contact Maria Passarello on 01204 663055.
