Suspected arson attack at barricaded Tonge Moor house
POLICE are investigating a suspected arson attack at a house in Tonge Moor.
Firefighters had to break down the front door, which had been barricaded from the inside with a couch and a television.
They were called to the derelict mid-terrace house in Union Road at 9.10pm on Saturday.
Crews were at the scene for more than three hours, but no one was injured.
