A MAN accused of rape has appeared at Bolton Magistrates Court.
Paul Whittle, aged 26, of Chorley Old Road, Bolton, has been charged with two counts of rape.
The incidents are alleged to have taken place in Bolton between December 1, 2011, and December 21, 2011, and May 1, 2012, and September 30, 2012.
He is also charged with sexually touching a woman when she did not consent between October 1, 2010, and December 31, 2010.
He also faces a charge of actual bodily harm against a woman from January 24 and having a hammer in Kearsley on January 24.
He will appear at Bolton Crown Court on March 14.
