A PENSIONER has appeared in court accused of sexual offences against a 15-year-old girl.
At Bolton Crown Court Edward Hill, aged 69, of Exford Drive, Breightmet, pleaded not guilty to eight counts of rape and a further three counts of indecent assault.
All the offences are said to have been commited between April, 1979, and March, 1986.
A trial date has been set for May 19 and Hill was granted bail on condition he does not contact witnesses or have unsupervised contact with children.
