TWO masked robbers pinned a schoolboy against a fence and stole his phone.

The 15-year-old was walking home from school along Highfield Road, Little Hulton, when he was attacked by the muggers as he cut through a ginnel leading to Captain Fold Road.

The robbers threatened to hurt him, then pushed him against a fence and demanded his phone.

One mugger said he had a knife. The frightened boy handed over his phone before running to a nearby house, where the police were called.

The attack took place at 4.25pm last Thursday.

“He was terrified by the sight of these teenagers and handed over his phone.

“Thankfully, he was not injured but has been left shaken by the incident.

“I want to appeal to anyone who may have witnessed the robbery, or has information about what happened or suspects who may be involved, to come forward.”
