Farnworth man denies sex charge
A FARNWORTH man will stand trial on a charge of sexually touching a woman without consent.
Stuart McKay, aged 37, of Plodder Lane, denies the offence, which is alleged to have happened on May 6.
He will appear at Bolton Crown Court for a preliminary hearing on June 6.
