Coronation Street star says she would never wear her skimpy on-screen outfits in real life
CORONATION Street actress Catherine Tyldesley has said that there is “no way” she would ever wear her character’s skimpy clothes in real life.
The Walkden 30-year-old, who plays barmaid Eva Price, says she prefers more ‘50s style clothes than the revealing attire of her alter-ego.
She added: “Dad tells me ‘You’ll catch your death, Cath.’ It can be pretty embarrassing sometimes. But it’s all part of the character. In fact I pick a lot of Eva’s clothes myself.
“But I must admit I wouldn’t wear the majority of them in real life. No way.”
