AN EXPECTANT father has pleaded not guilty to possessing drugs after police found a Kinder Egg containing a wrap of crack cocaine inside a car he was driving.
Wayne Cohen, aged 31, of Tithe Barn Crescent in Hall i’ Th’ Wood, was arrested after officers found a small amount of crack cocaine and heroin during a search on Monday.
At Bolton Magistrates Court yesterday (WED), he was given six points on his driving licence and fined £110 and a victim surcharge of £20 after admitting driving the Citreon Saxo, which the defence say he borrowed from a friend, without insurance.
Cohen will appear in court on September 12 for his trial related to the drugs charges.
