THIS is the car police are looking for in connection with a terrifying robbery by a man wearing a clown mask.

The raid happened on Thursday, May 8, at about 5pm, when two men broke into Anthony Holt and his family’s house in Turton Street, Bolton.

They were chased by Mr Holt before making off in a 51-reg green Renault Megane, which was driven by a third person.

The picture is taken from a short video that Mr Holt said was captured by a passerby during the chase.

During the raid, one raider punched Mr Holt in the face and demanded money from him, before attacking his daughter Angela Miss Bell.

The second man stood at the doorway and attacked Mr Holt’s wife Tina Lawson.

Police say their investigation is ongoing and no one has been arrested.

Anyone with information can call police on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.

Agreed.

That photo looks staged and the entire tone of this story just doesn't ring true.

The police are probably shaking their heads in disbelief too. Do we really have to take this seriously? It's just a bunch of scrotes up to their usual attention-seeking no good.
