THREE people accused of involvement in the death of Farnworth dad Marc Jepson have appeared before a judge at Manchester Crown Court.
No pleas were entered at the case management hearing before Judge Robert Atherton and their trial, which is expected to last just over two weeks, is due to start on August 4.
Mr Jepson was found dead at his home in Kildare Street, Farnworth, on March 5.
Sandra Jepson, aged 41, of Blackleach Drive, Worsley, is accused of conspiracy to murder Marc Jepson and conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm.
Carl Hodgkiss, aged 28, of Elton Avenue, Farnworth, is charged with murder and Irene Hodgkiss, aged 63, of Fairwood Avenue, Farnworth faces a charge of assisting him.
All three defendants were remanded in custody.
