FIREFIGHTERS put out a blaze in the attic of a three-storey house.
Three crews were scrambled to the mid-terraced home Rishton Lane, Great Lever, at 9.47am this morning.
The fire, which involved clothes and rubbish, began in an attic store room.
The cause is unknown, but suspicious circumstances have been ruled out.
All members of the family who live in the property had managed to get themselves out of the property by the time the fire service arrived, and there were no injuries.
Two crews from Bolton and one from Farnworth spent 90 minutes getting the fire under control and extinguished.
