It will be at Bolton Socialist Club, Wood Street, from 8pm featuring the publication of a new commemorative edition of Hovis Presley's Poetic Off Licence.
2. Have a chuckle at a comedy night in Breightmet.
Bolton Comedy Club, at Henighans Bottom Bull, will host comics Harriet Dyer, Monty Burns, Rob Mulholland, Scott Walker and Tommo from 8.15pm.
3. Marvel at traditional dance moves at an annual parade.
The 2015 Day for St George event will be held on Saturday, with morris dancers parading around Horwich between 10am and 2.30pm.
4. Enjoy a dino-tastic Super Saturday at Bolton Museum.
There will be various dinosaur-themed activities, from 11am until 3.30pm, including fossil handling and story-telling.
5. Teen idols The Vamps will be performing some of their biggest hits at the Manchester Arena on Saturday night.
Bop along to songs including Can We Dance, Wild Heart, Last Night and Somebody To You.
