CONNIE WORSLEY (nee CONWAY) Peacefully on July 28, 2014 at home, surrounded by her family, Connie aged 81 years. Loving wife of Tom, special mum of Janet, Karen and Sonia, adored nana of Jay, Kelly, James and Daniel and a much loved mother-in-law. Service and committal in Overdale West Chapel on Monday, August 4, 2014, at 1pm. At the family's request, no black ties please.
