GRACE JONES Passed away peacefully at home on Thursday 16th October 2014 surrounded by her loving family. Wife of the late Bert, a loving mum, nan, gran, sister, aunty and a special friend to many. The funeral service and committal will take place on Thursday 23rd October 2014 3.00pm at Radcliffe Crematorium, family flowers only please donations preferred to Richard Peck House.
