HART URSULA (Nee Schaefer) (Ulla) Sadly Ursula passed away peacefully in Shannon Court Care Home on Wednesday 8th April after a long battle with altzheimers so bravely tackled. Beloved wife to the late Colin. Wonderful, devoted mum to Mary. Exceptional gran to Caroline and Amy, great gran to Lewis, sister to Irmgard,Valtrout and Hermann (in Germany). “Journey’s end, peace at last, rest well with Colin” Service to take place on Wednesday 22nd April 2015 at Farnworth Co-operative Funeralcare at 10.30 prior to interment at Farnworth Cemetery at 11.30 am.
