KATHLEEN SLATER nee McGRATH On 13th May 2015 peacefully in hospital, Kathleen aged 78 years, loving daughter of the late James Patrick & Elllen McGrath, loving sister, mum, grandma, great grandma & auntie. Funeral service to take place at Sacred hearts church West Houghton, on Wednesday 27th May at 1pm. Followed by cremation at Howe Bridge Crematorium at 2:30pm. Family flowers only please by request, donations can be made in memory of Kathleen to The British Heart Foundation. Cheque Donations only please.
