JACK MARTIN TRACEY (Laughing Jack) Born 9.4.1950 Died 22.11.2015 On November 22nd 2015 in Musgrove Park Hospital, Taunton, JACK, the beloved husband of Miriam, loving dad of Sarah, much loved grandad to Nicole, great grandad to Scarlett, a dear brother to Stuart, Denise, Ken and Dougie and a much loved friend to many. You will be sadly missed but always remembered. The Funeral service will take place on Wednesday 2nd December 2015 at Overdale Crematorium West Chapel at 12.00noon, and afterwards at The Mop (Weavers Arms) Brunel Street, Halliwell, Bolton. Family flowers only. Donations if desired in memory of Jack to Coronary Care, Royal Bolton Hospital. All enquires to Bolton Co-operative Funeralcare, Crompton Chapel, Crompton Way, Bolton, BL1 8NZ.
