KAREN ANN CHIAPPINELLI On the 16th January 2016, peacefully in hospital after a long illness bravely fought, Karen aged 57yrs, loving wife of Sal, loving mother to Michael and Antony, devoted grandma to Abigail, Reece and Antony jnr, a loving daughter to Sylvia, a dear sister to Yvonne, a loving daughter in law to Antonio and sister in law to all her Italian family. She will be sadly missed by family and friends alike. Service and committal will take place at Overdale West Chapel at 11am on Wednesday the 27th January. Flowers welcome or donation cheques lieu to the Royal Bolton Hospital NHS Trust.
