PATRICIA (Pat) SMETHURST Suddenly but peacefully at home on Tuesday 16th August 2016, aged 77 years. Beloved wife of the late Ron. Dearly Loved Mum of Ann, Tony and David. A Dear Mother in Law. Devoted Nanna, Grandma and Great Grandma. Also a Much Loved Sister to Frank. Pat will be Dearly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service and committal will be held at Overdale Crematorium on Monday 5th September at 1pm in the West Chapel.
