JACK MANN On 5th September in Manchester Royal Infirmary Hospital, Jack aged 74 years. Beloved husband of Rowna. Dearly loved dad of John, Paul, Peter, Carl and Sharon. Treasured and much loved grandad and great grandad. Funeral service will take place on Friday 30th September 2016 in St Johns Church, Farnworth at 10.00am followed by committal in Overdale Crematroum West Chapel at 11.00am.
