ALYS EDNA PLIMLEY (nee Marsden) On the 16th July 2017 peacefully at home surrounded by her ever loving children. ALYS aged 80 years (of Alys's Florist). Dearly loved wife of the late FREDERICK. Forever loved mum of Elaine, John, Paul and Suzanne. Dear mother-in-law of Carl, Barbara and Mandy. Treasured Nan and Great Nan. Loving sister to Jean, a dear Auntie, also a great friend to many people. Deeply missed by all her family and friends. IN OUR HEARTS ALWAYS AND FOREVER "Goodnight and God Bless" Cortege to leave the family home at 12.40pm on the 31st of July 2017 for service at Deane Church (St. Mary's) at 1pm followed by interment in Heaton Cemetery at 2pm. Alys.....both Christian & Bryony have grown up around your shop, Fred teaching Christian the coin behind the ear trick and 50p for a chocs bar.....Bryony taking her first steps across the shop floor.....years of listening to customers woes & triumphs. What a wonderful lady. I had the pleasure of doing her hair for a few years. Thank you for all our chats and for making me laugh. You will be forever missed. Sending all my love to alys family and friends.

To Suzannes mum i love you the world and back and all eternity.You are so special and you said the same back to me.....that melted my heart.I promise to always be here for Suzanne,as you know i will,she is one in a million just like you ..thankyou for the baileys its all gone now.We never got the chance to have a glass together,when we meet up again the baileys is on me......
