JOSEPHINE KNOWLES It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Josephine peacefully in hospital Fortified by the Rites of the Holy Church. Daughter of the late James and Josephine, sister to Kevin and the late James, William and Edna, sister-in-law to Ann, aunty to nephews and nieces and cousins. Also a great friend to many at St Columba's Church. Josephine was a special person to many around Bolton Churches, having received the Pope's Medal, The Bene Merenti for her outstanding dedication to St Columba's Church. Requiem Mass will be said in St John the Evangelist Bromley Cross Bolton on Wednesday 22nd November at 11.30am prior to interment at Astley Bridge Cemetery at 1.00pm.
