PATRICIA MOORE On 12th November 2017, peacefully in hospital. Pat aged 78 years. Beloved wife of the late Ken, much loved mum of Bev and Chris, dear mother-in-law of Mark and Sandra also dearly loved nana of Phillip, Tara, Jamie and Becky.
