GEOFFREY MORRIS Peacefully on 9th December 2017 with family by his side, GEOFF passed away in Withins Care Home aged 91 years. Dearly loved husband of the late JEAN, much loved dad to Lynda, Howard, Gill, Keith and Geoff, grandad to Jon, Chris, James, Dale, Joel, Sophie, Andrew and Hannah and great grandad to Jacob, Isla, Joshua, Alexandra, Alfie, Theo and Olivia. Also a much loved father-in-law, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many. 'Simply the Best' Cortege to leave Birtwistle's Funeral Home on Tuesday 19th December at 1.05 p.m for service and committal at Overdale, West Chapel at 1.30p.m. Family flowers only please, cheque donations if desired in memory of Geoff may be made payable to The Alzheimer's Society. To our grandad Geoff, We will always treasure the thoughts and memories of your jokes, magic tricks, and watching Laurel & Hardy films and of course every Christmas without fail National Lampoons Christmas.
We will miss terribly of hearing your memorable laugh as it always put a smile on everyone’s faces especially the craziest stunts that made us all laugh and remember.
