PAT HAMER (Nee Diggins) Passed away peacefully on the 21st December 2017 at Royal Bolton Infirmary, PAT aged 72 years. The loving & much loved Mum of David, John & Anne Marie. A devoted Nanna, Great Nanna, Sister & Auntie. Pat will be lovingly remembered & always missed by her family and friends. Family request donations in lieu of flowers to Bolton Hospice. Funeral service and committal will take place on Tuesday 9th January 2018 at Overdale Crematorium. Bolton at 11am. All enquiries please to R.
