JOAN MARTIN On Sunday 8 April 2018 in the care of Lever Edge Care Home, Joan Mary Martin (nee Cooke) passed away in the presence of Alan and family. A loving mother to Victoria and a cherished grandmother (Donna) to Amelie and Cameron. Cortege will leave Relphs Funeralcare private chapel at 1:10pm on Wednesday 25th April 2018 for service in Overdale Crematorium, West Chapel, at 1:30pm. Family flowers only please.
