STEPHEN PARKINSON The family of the late Stephen Parkinson wish to express their sincere thanks to relatives, friends, neighbours and past carers for the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their sad loss. Also for the cards and letters of condolence and donations received for Mencap and Alzheimers Society. Special thanks to the dedicated staff at Gorsey Clough Nursing Home. Sincere thanks to Rev. Nigel Adkinson for a comforting service and to the staff at Bolton Co-operative Funeralcare for funeral arrangements.
