ALBERT DICKINSON Barbara wishes to thank all the family, friends and neighbours for their kindness and their sympathy during Albert’s bereavement. Thanks also to Reverend M Behrend for a comforting service, to Carewatch, the Bolton Hospice nurses, the district nurses and all on B4 ward at Royal Bolton Hospital, doctors and staff at Kildonan House. Thank you also for cards and donations for Cancer Research and Bolton Hospice. Thank you to Jeremy and the Livesey Funeral Service and special thanks to Jim and Alan at Horwich RMI.
