STEPHEN HOLLAND The family of the late Stephen Holland wish to sincerely thank all relatives and friends for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards and donations made in Stephen's name for Bolton Hospice and the MacMillan Nurses. Thanks also to the Reverend David Dunne for his kind ministrations. Special thanks to Dr Hague, District Nurses at the Dunstan Partnership, Nicole MacMillan Nurse and Bolton Hospice for the outstanding care Stephen received. Thanks also to all the lads at Lostock RUFC (The Old Boars) for their attendance.
