JOHN HARRISON (JACK) The family of the late Jack wish to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours and Reverend Norman Price for kindness, expressions of sympathy, letters and cards of condolence and donations received in their sad loss. Special thanks to the nursing staff on ward G3 Royal Bolton Hospital who cared for Jack during his short stay in hospital and finally to Stephen and staff of Cowburn Funeral Service for their kindness and guidance.
