MARTINA (PAT) DEAN The family of the late Martina (Pat) wish to thank family, friends and neighbours for their kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent bereavement. Also for the cards, Mass Offerings and donations to Bolton Hospice. Special thanks to the Royal Bolton Hospital, Bolton Hospice and Dr Barva. Also a special thank you to Father Haugh and Sister Monica for their comforting visits during Martina's illness. Special thanks to Father Dale for his support and lovely Service and to all who attended Church and Overdale and to all staff at Farnworth Co-operative Funeralcare for their care and assistance.
