MICHAEL POOLE Eileen, Joanne and family would like to thank family, friends and neighbours for their lovely cards of condolence, Mass cards, donations and wonderful kindness and support shown to them following the loss of Michael. Special thanks to Dr P Scott, Nuala Roberts and the Cardiology Unit for their support and commitment to Michael over the years. Thanks also to the District Nurse team and the Palliative Care Team for all their help and support. Also to Dr Lyon and partners and finally to Father Bryan for a lovely service at Overdale and to all who attended and to Howarth's for their guidance and professionalism.
