GERALD SMITH The family of the late Gerald would like to sincerely thank all family and friends who came to Gerald's funeral to celebrate his life and everyone who sent letters and cards of support at this sad time. A special thank you to all those who cared for Gerald; the Hospice at Home nurses, especially Barbara, the district nurses at Avondale, the nurses from the Evening Service, especially Vicky and also Doctor Swann. Thank you also to Reverend Fraser Smith for his comforting service.
