RUTH HILARY CROOK The family of the late Ruth wish to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours and Father Kevin Foulkes for kindness, expressions of sympathy, letters and cards of condolence, beautiful floral tributes and donations received in their sad loss. Special thanks also to staff on ward D4, Royal Bolton Hospital and Dr Jacob of Stable Fold Surgery for their care during Ruth's illness.
