RAY GLANCY Audrey, Maxine and Michael wish to thank all Family, Friends, and Neighbours, Breightmet Health Centre, Doctors and District Nurses, Bolton Hospice and the Palliative Care Therapy Team, also Grateful thanks to Sandra for her beautiful and comforting eulogy at Ray's funeral and Wendy the Macmillan Nurse for all the care and support throughout Ray's Illness, special thank you for the kind donations to the Christie.
