PHYLLIS CRAWFORD (Nee Handley) Phyllis's family wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends, neighbours and Linda's work colleagues. Also staff and friends from Age Concern, Topphome, Lever Gardens and Kershaw Lunch Clubs. For flowers, cards and donations to Bolton Hospice. Thanks to Dr Jain and Dr Subramanian at local GP surgery and all staff on B3 ward at Royal Bolton Hospital. Many thanks to Reverend Moira Slack for the beautiful services at Bolton Parish Church and Overdale Crematorium. Also to Shaw's Funeral service for taking care of all the funeral arrangements for the family.
