JOAN MARTIN The family of the late Joan Mary Martin wish to express thanks to relations, friends and neighbours for their condolences and donations to Alzheimer's Society. Grateful thanks to the staff of Lever Edge Lane Care Home for the kindness and care shown to Joan throughout her time with them. Special thanks to Rev Dr Lynne Taylor for the support given to the family and for a perfect service. Also, to the staff of Co-operative Funeralcare for the funeral arrangements.
