JOHN LESLIE COOPER The family of the late John wish to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours and Mr Paul Budis for kindness, expressions of sympathy, letters and cards of condolence and donations received in their sad loss. Special thanks to all staff on the Intensive Care Unit at Royal Bolton Hospital, especially Gail for the dignity and respect shown to John when he passed away. Thanks also to Cowburn Funeral Service for their dignified arrangements.
