GWENETH MAY HORPE The family of the late Gweneth May Horpe wish to express their sincere and heart felt thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent bereavement. Also for the cards, letters of condolence, floral tributes received and generous donations to Bolton Hospice. Special thanks to Dr Jones and all the staff, past and present, at Mandalay Medical centre for their long standing patience and understanding, all staff at Bolton Hospice, especially Sharon Owens and Macmillan nurse Stewart Frame. Thanks to Rev Carol Hayden of St Andrews Church, Bromley Cross for a comforting service and to Dunscar Golf Club. Thanks to Hayley, Stacey and all the staff at Relphs Funeral Service for funeral arrangements.
