NORMAN LIVESEY The family of the late Norman Livesey wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent bereavement. Also for the cards, letters of condolence, floral tributes received and donations to Bolton Hospice. Thanks to Doctors and Staff of Ward D2 at The Royal Bolton Hospital, Special thanks to staff at Bolton Hospice. Thanks to Rev. Tony Cowell for a comforting service and to Donna and Amanda and the staff of Co-op Funeral care, Farnworth for funeral arrangements.
