OPINION: Tell him

TAKE him up on it! Cllr Jack Foster, chairman of planning and environment, wants to know YOUR views on the plans for a massive overhaul of Bolton town centre.

He's right in saying that the people who use the centre should give their views.

It's up to all of us, not just our planning officers, to ensure we develop an attractive centre which will appeal to Boltonians and visitors alike.
