  • Still searching

ON April 5, 1989, 96 Liverpool football fans lost their lives, and over 400 were injured due to the criminal negligence of those whose duty it was to ensure their safety. Even today, those responsible have not been brought to account, while the families and survivors have been kicked in the teeth on a regular basis. We have searched for the truth now for 10 years, only to find that, each time we get near to it, someone has been there before us and hidden it inside the legal framework. It is now time that the truth finally came out and, with your help, we are a step closer to it. NO FAN, NO SUPPORTER, should ever have suffered like those 96 and like the survivors did. Hillsborough could have happened to anyone, any other club and any other supporters. It could have been someone in your family, but Liverpool supporters were just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Football supporters are the "footsoldiers" of our Campaign for Justice, and we appeal for all of you to put your weight behind our Campaign for Justice. The more campaigners we have, the more chance we have of achieving justice. Every new member is another string to our bow. Another weapon with which to fight our corner and achieve the justice we deserve. I am asking people to forget football rivalry for a moment and think of human beings who have lost their lives and those responsible haven't been brought to justice for it. It isn't about football. Iit's about lives. With your help we are a step closer. read more
