Woman hurt in M61 car crash

A WOMAN was slightly hurt after her car crashed on the M61 near Farnworth last night.

She was travelling southbound at 8pm when her car left the carriageway and rolled down an embankment. Paramedics administered first aid and the woman was taken to the Royal Bolton Hospital.
