House! Lucky Freda wins £50

LUCKY council house tenant Freda Malach won £50 when her name came out in a free prize draw run in conjunction with a tenants' survey.

The survey found that 34 per cent of tenants said their property was in excellent or good condition while 47 per cent felt that it was average. The standard of the decorating was the biggest area of concern among new tenants.
