Give us buses we need

IAM in total agreement with Mr Luetchford's letter dated July 8, regarding the bus serving Willows Lane/Hulton Lane, Bolton.

As he states, since the 578/580 bus was withdrawn, we have had a pathetic service, especially the 37 bus, this does not travel down St Helen's Road, it goes to Manchester. Who needs to go there every day?

This bus is empty from Hulton Lane onwards, as most passengers have alighted on Willows Lane and Hulton Lane. Does that not speak for itself?

When are the powers that be going to listen to the travelling public and give us what we need, not what they want to give us. After all is it not us who pay their wages? But then again they travel by car, so say no more!
