A BABY was thrown over a wall and killed when a car collided with its pram.
Police in Wigan are appealing for witnesses following the collision just before 1.30pm in Upholland Road, Billinge, today.

A woman who was pushing the pram, who was not the baby's mother, was also injured. She was taken to Wigan Royal Infirmary for treatment for her injuries.
Police, ambulance and fire crews attended and the road was closed between Longshaw and Main Street while officers examined the scene.
Anyone who saw this incident is asked to call Area 1 Road Policing Unit on 0161 856 7201.
