OWNERS of a coffee shop raising money for an epilepsy charity have received a £500 donation from TK Maxx.
Rachel Osborne, manager of the clothes store in Trinity Street, presented the cheque to Coffee Grind owners Nigel and Jill Lyons on Monday.
The husband and wife team have been raising money for Epilepsy Action as their 23-year-old daughter Melissa was diagnosed with the condition when she was aged 10.
Mrs Lyons thanked TK Maxx for the donation and described it as ‘amazing’.
